Each program begins with a nutritional assessment (approx. 60 minutes) to see where you're at and where you want to go. Our first session (approx. 60-90 minutes) consists of a thorough analysis review of your nutritional assessment. Then, a personalized nutrition plan specialized for your needs and goals is created. This includes individualized meal plans and with recipes and a shopping list for your convenience. Bonus resources are provided to help you along and to keep for the future.
Access to the convenient client health portal will be granted where you'll be able to view and download all the helpful documents that will be shared with you. Weekly 30-min phone or webcam coaching sessions will help you stay on track, or we’ll revamp your plan if needed. As well, we can communicate through the interactive food diary that I'll review daily. Here, I provide tips and encouragement based on your choices through the day. This helps you stay accountable to reach your goals.
Educational and applicable fitness material will be shared that is related to your goals. While I admit, I’m not a big gym person. That’s awesome if you are. I know the “ins & outs” of gyms. They have their place when your activity level benefits from bigger equipment, or maybe you like the atmosphere and comradery. Ultimately, the goal is finding fun creative ways to implement activities that you enjoy and actually want to do. Depending on the level you are at now, there are various options choose from.
