Hello and Welcome! I'm Allison Trivigno BSNS. I'm a Nutritionist & Wellness Coach, who helps busy women get their energy back, lose weight, and manage health issues safely in a natural sustainable way for the long-term. I relieve the feeling of being overwhelmed while ladies focus on fueling their bodies with the right foods to achieve their goals. 


It started years ago as a personal chef and younger mom.  I was learning that eating healthier through simple changes not only tasted delicious, but had numerous benefits AND  was less expensive than the alternatives. I'm the  Mom of four awesome kids from toddlers to teens. So from experience, I can hands down tell you that buying nutritious whole foods is actually cheaper than the processed counterparts AND way better for your health. 


Early on, I was learning that food could be full of flavor and full of nutrients our bodies needed! Everyone felt better, I felt better, and I was hooked. I even started losing 'baby weight' from all my pregnancies without exercising. (Not that I would recommend no activity. I got back into it, but the weight was already falling off!) As a result, I expanded my education to learn the science behind nutrition, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science. 


Now, I help women develop creative ways to implement healthy nutritional changes that work for them and their families. In 1:1, I determine individual nutritional needs, and we work together to find innovative  ways to eat healthier and meet health goals. My clients relax while I handle the science behind it all. Nutritious foods can be fun, exciting, and delicious. My style is the same in group programs, but individuals have more accountability learning how to do their own planning. I'm there to educate with resources, samples, tips, recipes, guidance, support, and more. 


Even busy working moms learn easy ways to add healthy foods that don't require a Bachelor's or Culinary degree. In addition to my formal education, being the mom of four has given me even more 'real-life' experience in managing food intolerances & picky eating. My mantra...

My online group programs are of just as much value, and if not more due to your lifestyle. I created these groups for busy women  who need to lose weight, but have found other methods restrictive and challenging. These are game changers in learning new ways to live healthier in your own unique body while you are in control.
