This includes individualized meal plans and with recipes and a shopping list for your convenience. Bonus resources are provided to help you along and to keep for the future.
Access to the convenient client health portal will be granted where you'll be able to view and download all the helpful documents that will be shared with you. Weekly 30-min phone or webcam coaching sessions will help you stay on track, or we’ll revamp your plan if needed. As well, we can communicate through the interactive food diary that I'll review daily. Here, I provide tips and encouragement based on your choices through the day. This helps you stay accountable to reach your goals.
Educational and applicable fitness material will be shared that is related to your goals. While I admit, I’m not a big gym person. That’s awesome if you are. I know the “ins & outs” of gyms.
